Edwardsburg High School

Congratulations to the the Varsity Tennis team as they will advance to the 2026 State Tennis Finals in Midland on October 17th & 18th. This marks the first time in recent years that the Eddies have qualified as a team for the finals as their crusade through the Regional saw them advance all players past the opening round, place flights into the semi-finals, 3 into the finals, and one overall championship flight (2 Doubles). Heading into the State Finals next week, the Eddies are 11-2 as a team and hold a 167-93 win/loss total in all flight matches. The Eddies are led by co-captains Seniors Logan Summy (21-1) and Brandon Van Overberge who are both looking forward to the challenge. Says Summy; "We are excited to make history for the boys program and grow closer as brothers. We are also honored to represent Edwardsburg and extremely humbled to receive this opportunity."
