Edwardsburg High School

The boys varsity basketball team grabbed another conference win Friday night at home, as they defeated Three Rivers 60-32. The Wildcats stayed within striking distance most of the way until a surge midway through the second half pushed the Edwardsburg over the top. The Eddies outscored the Wildcats 10-2 in transition points and 24-5 with points off of turnovers as the defense smothered their opponents all night. Blaise Crist and Reed Gates each netted 17 points to lead the Eddies, while Michael Wright added 9 points. The Boys head to Plainwell Monday evening for another big conference game. Tip off is scheduled for 7pm following the freshman & jv games.
