The varsity girls basketball had a tough game last night on the road in Niles, falling 23-52. Playing at Brandywine High School, the Eddies came out strong, especially on defense holding the Bobcats to 19% shooting from behind the arc. While only 6 of the Bobcats' 31 attempts found their mark, their pesky defense kept chipping away at the Eddies, who outshined Brandywine on the glass as well, outrebounding the 'Cats 50-24. The road trip continues Friday night at Three Rivers, varsity tip off is set for 6pm eastern time.
